When if comes to graded modern cards for my personal collection, I like looking at PSA 9 listings. Generally, the difference between a 9 and 10 are negligible (especially since the centering standards for 10s have tightened up), but you can often get a 9 for raw prices. In this case, I was able to pick up this Votto RC refractor for less than the latest raw comps.

I bought this for a couple bucks last year not knowing what it was. It’s become one of my favorite cards, and turns out Topps only printed 516 of these!

I bought these from a guy stationed in Japan last year. I love cherry blossom parallels—the /25 variants from the 2024 Topps NBP Chrome set are stunning.
