We took a trip to the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown NY. Decided to take a few with me to try to take pics with some displays and their HOF Plaques.

So I’ve been looking for this card for 20 years. I think there are only a few out there. I want(ed) one in ANY condition. I will liquidate so much of my collection for one. Some call it “the black Honus Wagner”. I think the last one sold as an SGC 20 (1.5) via REA in 2017. Is pay more for it if I could find one. In fact, SGC made these sample reprints to advertise for that sale. Even these little sample ones are collectible! It’s likely the closest I’ll ever get to one. Always on the hunt for Josh Gibson vintage anything. Ticket stub. Card. Memorabilia. Anything other than modern stuff.

Crazy card (although I'm sure the individual used bat would be just as valuable). Josh Gibson is now the record-setting hitter for the MLB and "perhaps the greatest player never got a chance to play in the American or National League." Gibson becomes the career leader in batting average at .372, surpassing Ty Cobb's .367.
