A Reddit user just pulled a big card with Ohtani and Judge. Pretty special considering they were both just awarded with MVP honors.

This card was part of 2024 Topps Updates Series Baseball release and was one of the highlights of the set.

The 2024 World Series championship is a battle of the giants. And we don’t mean the Dodgers vs. the Yankees. It’s Shohei Ohtani vs. Aaron Judge for baseball card supremacy in the modern hobby.

As we look at their cheapest base rookie cards, we’re already seeing the impact of Ohtani and Judge racing toward the sport’s ultimate prize.

I couldn’t resist any longer and had to rip open the special Topps Now 50/50 pack. Unfortunately, I didn’t pull the auto card I was hoping for. It would have made a great story if I had, especially since I only bought one 10-pack. It’s still a great card commemorating a monumental moment in sports history, and I’ll be displaying it alongside my Piggybanx Ohtani pieces.
