37 years ago today, Nike released the Air Max 1 and changed the game forever.
To celebrate I broke out one of my favorite pairs – the Air Max 1/97 Sean Wotherspoon. It's a frankenstein pair, with the upper of an Air Max 97 married to the sole of an Air Max 1. Add in the corduroy materials and vibrant pops of vintage colors, and you get a modern classic that only gets better with age.
