While these upper deck, Michael Jordan hologram cards were not rare… They are exceedingly difficult to find in high grade. They’re on thin card stock and the surface of the shiny hologram scratches very, very easily. I was able to pick this one up in a CGC gem mint grade without breaking the bank. In the natural sunlight, they sparkle, and you can get the true colors of The uniform and background at the right angle. Upper deck introduced holograms into cards and went crazy with them for a few years. They are a blast back to that era of collecting and are still really cool pieces that are increasing in price slowly as people realize how hard they are to find high grade.
