Well… It’s Kobe Bryant day after all. 8/24. The date that signifies both the jersey numbers he wore during his illustrious NBA career. This is in my top two or three favorite Kobe cards that I own. The design is beautiful, and the patxh windows have Three color, chunky patches and the autograph is clean, crisp, bold, and then blue with a good deal of negative space to highlight the picture, the patch windows, and the autograph. Yes, I wish it was a gem grade, but I’m still pretty thrilled with this one. As a Celtics fan, I hated Kobe, but God did. I respect this game, his drive, his hustle, and his mentality. He was exquisitely fun to watch and taken too soon.
