These RPAs, even the college uniforms, are game used. This design, which is is a throwback to the 2003 LeBron rookie year design, always have a little more collectiblity due to that. As today was the first day of the college football season, I figured it would be a good time to share one of the VERY few cards I have featuring a player in his college uniform, outside of a few Ohio State and IU guys (both programs I root for and matriculated in). This card is cool. AP was a beast and a HOFer. It’s just barely a two-color RPA, there is a little yellow piece of patch at the very top of the patch window!

Upper Deck Exquisite gor this one right! This card features Quad autographs and patches of four great running backs. Adrian Peterson, arguably a top five running back of all the time,Mashawn Lynch, Frank Gore, and Willie Parker of the Steelers. One of these players is in the Hall of Fame and, most likely, Marshawn Lynch and Frank Gore will also be in the Hall of Fame. Having three Hall of Fame players with patches with on-card autographs from a high-end set is pretty cool. Especially since this is Marshawn Lynch‘s rookie year auto. Happy to have it in my collection for less than the cost of a box of Topps chrome.
