I recently acquired this game-used 1995 Chicago White Sox jersey of Lance Johnson.
This is the first game-used baseball jersey in my collection, and I grabbed it because I always appreciated “One Dog” and he had a very solid year in 1995.
One of the things that differs between photomatching jerseys from football and baseball is the number of games to match against. In football, a jersey will only be worn in 8-10 games max, whereas in baseball it could be dozens. So far I photomatched the jersey to the following three games, and although I’m betting it was worn in several more, I might not be able to find enough game footage to verify.
