This is a great oddball card. Love seeing a Packers legend in an awesome 90’s card format! Action Packed came along about two decades after Starr’s playing career ended, but this is from a special 25-card set released in 1991. The set honored the historical recipients of the Byron “Whizzer” White Award, of which Starr was the first. The award (now called the Alan Page Community Award) is given by the NFLPA to recognize community service by a player to his hometown and his team’s city. This set features some other notable players, too - Gale Sayers, Archie Manning, and Roger Staubach to name a few.
