Was going to my LCS to get some 2025 Topps series 1 and they didn’t have any at the time but I saw they had some ETBs of Prismatic and I hadn’t been able to find any of it yet, so I got 1 box and on the 2nd to last pack got this, thought I did the card trick wrong but obviously didn’t

So I pulled a Prismatic Evolutions God Pack with my daughter on release day! Made a post earlier, but didn’t specify we pulled it out of excitement. We insta sent the SIRs to PSA. Sadly I think most are PSA 9ish. I’ve been buying heavy into Pokemon recently. Gotta admit it’s fun.
Recently saw a video of a guy weighing one of the prismatic packs and pulling a god pack on Reddit. I know it’s accepted that vintage pokemon packs are weighed, but I dunno how it is with modern. There is a definite weight difference with the prismatic god packs. I weighed the god pack for science when we pulled it and it was significantly heavier by a couple grams. I don’t encourage doing this - more of a psa to be careful to not buy loose packs… they’ll probably be weighed.

I finally was able to get my hands on the most popular Pokemon series out right now, Prismatic Evolution. I purchased an ETB box on resell and hit a Glaceon Secret Illustration Rare ($350 value) and Flareon Masterball ($50). I'll be send the Glaceon over to PSA.

I’m not a huge Pokemon collector, but go after some of the vintage base set grails and Lugia cards. Have a long weekend so I decided to join the pandemonium for Prismatic Evolution and try to buy off the shelves. Chaos. GameStop lines were 50 people long. Supposedly only a few ETBs… so I’m glad I abandoned those lines early. People were not happy when BestBuy said none available after waiting for some time. Target had some 3-pack stickers but a long and slow wait for 1 limit purchase. NJ is definitely wiped clean. I had luck at Barnes and Nobles. They restocked later in the day woohoo. Supposedly more coming in the next few days when I asked… was able to grab one of each minus the Leafeon. Time to get ripping with my daughter

There's been a massive craze for this Pokemon Prismatic Evolutions cards. I happen to preorder these last month before the craze started to heat up these past few weeks. I hope to hit that SAR Umbreon ($2000+ market value) everyone is chasing for or a God Pack🤞.
