I have quite a few classic signed baseballs in my collection. When I was younger, I thought this was the ultimate autographed item. As my collection is matured over the last 40 years baseballs are cool, but it’s hard to display all of them and appreciate all of them. I will slowly sell or trade off my signed baseball collection and move into other autographed memorabilia and vintage signed cards that are more easily stored. Still, Ted Williams a.k.a. the splendid splinter is the last person to bat over .ted Williams 400 in the season. His stats would have been even better had not stepped into combat during World War II. One of the best hitters to ever play the sport.
