On this date five years ago I completed the 1956 Topps set. It's my biggest feat as a collector and baseball fan. (The last card was Monte Irvin).

As a team collector, I don't prioritize any one Dodger over another. But it's sweet to get any Shohei Ohtani card because so many collectors chase him. These are the latest to arrive.

These are fun to play with. Finally got the Hideo Nomo.

Davey Lopes passed away today. He was the Dodgers' second baseman through most of the '70s and into the early '80s and part of the longest-running foursome to start in the infield in MLB history. He was also the starter when I first liked the Dodgers as a 9-year-old in 1975. This is most of my Lopes collection, but I didn't have time to find it all.

Believe it or not, I've never opened one of these before.
