This was a breakout game for Colgate freshman Nate Eachus. He played at LB in the 1st half recording 3 tackles and a sack. When all-everything RB Jordan Scott got hurt in the 2nd half, Nate took over and finished with 37 carries, 241 yards, and 3TD. Colgate won 38-22.
Four years earlier, Jordan also started his career as a LB before injuries brought him to the offensive side of the ball. He finished his career as Colgate's all-time leading rusher and scoring leader with 5,621 yards and 57TD. His 1,240 career rushing attempts are still a Division 1 record.
