From what I’ve been able to piece together:

• The card is part of a larger numbered set (this one is #18)
• Produced under the name Flash Edition
• Commonly attributed to Peru / Latin American markets
• Sold in booster boxes containing 30 packs (5 cards per pack)
• Full set reportedly includes 200+ cards, with “special” variants

This isn’t licensed merchandise from Samurai Pizza Cats or Nintendo—but rather part of a fascinating category of regional, unofficial anime collectibles.

What makes it interesting isn’t rarity or value…
…it’s the existence of an entire crossover ecosystem where Pikachu can casually suit up as Yattaro and dual-wield katanas like it’s totally normal.

Will I overpay for it? Absolutely not.
Will I grab one if I find it for a sane price? …also yes.

Because sometimes the collection needs a little chaos.
