This was one of the big hits from the “Dismaland” art installation set up by Banksy in England, about 10 years ago - later released as a print.
In an interview, Pomet described Internacional (2008) as portraying “very dramatically and humorously the absurdity of our presence (as a rare species we are) in this world.” He called it the most widely shared of his works online.
