Let’s get in the way-back machine. Back in the day when high school basketball players could still jump straight to the NBA. Kevin Garnett was a phenom. This was also back in around 1994-1995 when signature rookie was around. I actually really liked some of their products like autobilia that got you a signed card, 8x10, ball, jersey, etc. very fun and innovative product. Well here is the first pack-pulled KG autographed card ever made. And they can still be had for about $100. Which is pretty reasonable.

2008 is my favorite year of chrome. I think it’s the team colors and bubble letters on the white stock. The colors and design just work. The xfractors are cool (think early mosaic pattern). Was hoping for a 10 on this one. As a KG fan and a Celtics fan, Garnett popping his jersey just represents the swagger and attitude he brought to the court. Those 2000’s teams should have won 3-4 but random late season injuries stopped KG, Pierce, Allen, Rondo, and Perk from becoming a dynasty.

Don’t have the $$$ for the 1997-98 credentials, so making it work by collecting these colorful acetate 2003-24 and the 2006-07 credentials stars. KG was always one of my favorite players. A true triple threat and a fierce competitor. Also, very intense- glad he got to win a championship as a member of the Boston Celtics!
