This was acquired directly from a crew member that worked on scream VI. This is the hero, knife used for close-ups and was also the main mold used for the stunt knives during action scenes that they based off of. Happy to add more to the horror collection

Prop store has an auction going on right now that you can get the costume that Ben Affleck wore in this awesome heist movie ; probably best heist movie I’ve seen since heat! If you want to start collecting movie props and costumes, this auction is definitely the one to go to start!

Before the world went digital and any information could be accessed in the palm of your hand with your cellphone, movies were promoted through TV commercials, radio ads, and newspaper ads.

To find out what movies were playing in your area, you had to get a newspaper and look in the entertainment section for the theater listings to find out what was playing along with the showtimes.

The Theater Owner would get these press books for all the movies that were showing at their venues. They would select which size ad they wanted to pay the newspaper so they could run the ad to attract audiences to their theaters.

You can find a lot of these press books on E-bay. Some are missing pages or have ads cut out from previous use. I was very fortunate to have found this press book in excellent shape with no pages or spots missing.

There’s a movie prop auction in March at prop store, and their auctioning off the book of the dead from the evil dead and I found that they’re auctioning off Bill Skarsgård’s smashed head from barbarian, which was easily the best scary movie or horror movie of the last 10 years. They got some grails in-the auction!
