The Opulence set produced a line of cards with game-worn jerseys and patches from the Olympics. While I’m really looking for chunky or multicolored patches in the set, it’s tough sledding out there to find them. Much less find them for a reasonable price. This one will serve as a nice placeholder until I can upgrade into a patch for Garnett. Still, a game worn napkin, swatch from a jersey by Kevin Garnett in the Olympics paired with an on-card autograph for under $200 seems like a steal to me, especially when compared to the artificial scarcity of a million different number parallels in today’s market. Do you collect any Team USA or Olympic cards? Do you think should sell at a premium as compared to relay NBA jersey cards?
Yeah, I know it’s been graded by BCCG. I did not send that in for grading, rather, I bought it in this slab. At some point, I will send it in to BGS or PSA. But any early Star Co. card of Jordan in high grade, especially ones featured in a USA Olympic jersey, are super cool.

That ‘84 Olympic team was loaded - McGwire, Will Clark, Barry Larkin, and many more! This is a very early example of a McGwire signature before his break into the majors, ROY, and rookie HR record books.
