From my workshop: Custom faceplates

Each faceplate is carefully CAD-designed and 3D printed using popular and iconic designs. They are uniquely dimensioned to serve as the top layer of your custom card, providing a premium and tailored finish.

Faceplates can be multi-pigmented and customized with your branding, team logos, player names, team names, print run details, and more. The underside is smooth and precisely engineered to adhere seamlessly to the underlying layers of your custom card.

New to my workshop: Gold face plates for custom cards

These face plates are sized for your custom card and are as thin as 1 mm. They have an adhesive-ready surface on the underside and can be affixed to your custom, giving it a bit of a gold-foil-esque look.

I fabricate these face plates in metallic gold, satin gold, metallic silver, satin bronze, and metallic copper.

There is a spot for text that can be customized as well.

Holiday order: 4x6 lithophane light box celebrating the 2021 Atlanta Braves World Series

My client is an Atlanta Braves fan and had an opportunity to celebrate their 2021 WS victory with them.

This is a three-part project:

Part 1: a 4" x 6" lithophane picture using solid CYMK design. It sits in the frame (Part 2) with a friction fit.

Part 2: a solid red frame (Braves colors) with 3 slots (one for the lithophane (Part 1), one for a light diffuser, and one for the light source (Part 3).

Part 3: a 110 LED diode light source, powered by a USB cable.
A light diffuser was not needed for this project.

**Faces are blocked to maintain client privacy. Client has given me permission to post.

Created a metric caliper to dimension my collectibles. Previously was using an imperial caliper which required me to convert units. Now I’ll be able to dimension quicker and with less double checking.
