Jayden Daniels continues his hot rookie campaign beating the Giants yesterday 27-22. I really hope Jayden can continue playing at this high level as season continues. I've been seeing a lot of talk about the oversized downtown cards and so I had to pick one up on eBay. I hope Jayden Daniels does an autograph signing after the season so that I can try to get this card signed.

We have a Luka 2019 Kaboom! and his 2018 Downtown in Alt Auctions ending August 22nd.

Reports that a bunch of breakers ripped cases flooded with Downtowns. Does that make you want to grab a box of Optic, or do we think Downtowns are going to be less valuable/harder to pull?

Little sappy post here, but 8th wedding anniversary today. A little story about the weekend & this card: We got married in Portland on February 21st 2016. Both of us sports fans, met at University of Oregon. As a fun thing to do with the wedding party on the Friday night before the Sunday wedding, we got a suite at the Warriors (the 73 win season) @ Blazers game. This was Lillard's first 50 point game in his career, and one of the Warrior's 9 regular season losses. Really fun night!

Our wedding photo here is with the Fremont bridge in the background, one of the many famed bridges in Portland. It also features on the 2016 Downtown here. The Downtown also being from the year 2016, as well as being a player who played a particular part in the fun of our wedding weekend festivities, means I chased this card for a little while and finally got one.
I have plans to one day get a display frame that houses both this photo as well as the card as a unique display for us. A unique one-off in my collection, but one I'm proud of (even though I'm a little bitter currently about the last off season, haha)
