The greatest team ever assembled. The 1992 Team USA Olympic Basketball Team - “The Dream Team”. Patrick Ewing is one of the best centers the NBA has ever seen - I really love anything from the Dream Team. Especially autographed items. My brother has this whole set signed, including the Jordan.

The best basketball team ever assembled…this is the Gold Medal game from the 1992 Olympic “Dream Team”. These are on thin paper and they are hard to shake loose (and very expensive when you can find them). This is probably my best ticket (with the 1912 Olympic Jim Thorpe debut as a close second). Until I can find a Ruth Called Shot or an Einstein lecture ticket or something else cool and unique, this will firmly stay in my top ticket spot in my PC. I need to get it slabbed just to protect it!

MJ’s jersey. Maybe the obvious pick, but it’s so recognizable and iconic. A grail piece, for sure.

Olympics have been a big theme for auctions lately. @Goldin currently has a game used basketball net up for auction that was used during the gold medal game for the Olympics in 1992.

The iconic Dream Team with MJ, Larry Bird and Magic Johnson won the gold medal that year so this net has a lot of significance!

Offered is a full ticket to the historic gold medal game of the men's basketball tournament at the 1992 Barcelona Summer Olympics. The contest saw the United States "Dream Team" defeat Croatia 117-85. Michael Jordan scored 22 points, while Dražen Petrović led Croatia with 24. This was the 10th Olympic title for the United States, and the Dream Team has since gone down in history as one of the greatest basketball teams of all time.
