Harlem Globetrotter legend Meadowlark Lemon signed/autographed basketball

Post image 1

Continuing my Harlem Globetrotters run…this ABA/Globetrotters/money all red, white, and blue ball has been autographed by basketball HOFer, and the most well-known Globetrotters, Meadowlark Lemon. Since seeing him as a kid, I’ve always been a fan. He has a few pack-pulled autographs as well, and they aren’t super expensive, but the classic colors of the ball with his big, bold signature and HOF inscription with year of induction, 2003 just hits different in person. I don’t have space for it, but it wasn’t expensive and it’s just cool.

1959 Harlem Globetrotters ticket (Wilt Chamberlain “rookie”!)

Guys… This is a very interesting one. Some people still don’t remember that Wilt Chamberlain played with/for the Harlem Globetrotters in 1959. This exquisitely rare ticket is when the Globetrotters played in Sydney, Australia with Wilt on that team. Through my research, I’ve been unable to find a box score for this game, but I’ve been on the hunt for a nice, well-preserved 1959 Globetrotters ticket for quite some time. The fact that this is made its way to me almost 70 years later in great condition all the way from Australia it’s super cool. If anyone can find a box score from this game, I would be grateful!

This is a cool one! A team signed Harlem Globetrotters basketball dated to 1969! Includes the legends Meadowlark Lemon and Curly O’Neal but interestingly, also includes Cubs baseball superstar Ernie Banks who played with the team intermittently for a few years! A rare oddball item that I picked up this past year!
