Yeah. I know everyone, including me, would prefer Jordan autographs to be in his Chicago Bulls uniform, but here we are! Love this set and was able to complete it years ago.

Now, my love of Kevin Garnett runs deep. As does my love of the upper deck, Sweet shots autographed line. The production of this one leaves quite a bit to be desired. That window shape is odd and too much of the signature is clipped off by the border. They could’ve done a much better job on this step. Still, it’s a cool part… I’m just not convinced it’s going to stay in my permanent collection long-term.

I don’t do a lot of coaches cards. I have a few. And my run of sweet shots is deep. So when I saw this one, and I respect Coach Brown and his career and style, I picked it up. And it went too expensive!

Connie Hawkins was the precursor to Dr. J who set the table for Michael Jordan. A standout at the University of Iowa, the Hawk was a stud in the ABA and then NBA. He had some controversies around point shaving/gambling which tarnished his legacy, but for you young kids out there - look at sole game film and stats. My only regret is not getting a signed rookie card of him (1969 Topps tall boy) before he passes away.
