In one of the most bizarre cases in decades, a sports memorabilia dealer wrote a manifesto on Facebook claiming he created more than four million fake and forged memorabilia items over 20 years. When police raided a Indiana location connected to the case, they bound a dead body.
Hope the criminals find it hard to flip cards everyone is looking for (with easily trackable cert numbers). But I'm not optimistic that thefts like these will stop until card shows/dealers change how they display items at events.
Really disheartening. I hope this Goudey is found.
