1968 Bob Beamon Olympics signed/autographed card

Post image 1

Bob Beamon is an American former track and field athlete best known for his record-shattering long jump at the 1968 Mexico City Olympics. On October 18, 1968, Beamon jumped 8.90 meters (29 feet, 2.5 inches), breaking the previous world record by an astonishing 55 cm (21.75 inches). His jump was so far beyond expectations that the optical measuring device at the stadium couldn’t register it, and officials had to use a manual steel tape to confirm the distance.
Beamon’s record stood for nearly 23 years until Mike Powell broke it in 1991. His achievement gave rise to the term “Beamonesque,” used to describe performances that exceed all expectations.

Christian Pulisic Topps Chrome Sapphire blue TAG 10

So, I actually really love TAG slabs. I said it. I think they are the nicest slabs out there, followed by CGC. The clarity of the plastic by both of these companies is best in class and they feel sturdy in your hand. I also like the transparency and consistency of grading with TAG. (I bought this slab as my first TAG just so I could see it in person). I’d consider using TAG and CGC for PC cards and will still use PSA for things I plan to sell or trade.

President Barack Obama inauguration ceremony ticket

Post image 1

Not one you see TOO often, but also not super rare, this is official ticket to the Presidential Inauguration Ceremony. Need to get it signed “Barack Obama USA Presidential Debut”. That would actually be kinda bad ass.

1937 Jesse Owens Ogden’s Ciagrettes Olympic Card

Lots of these out there, but this one is in decent condition and holds a lot of history. Jesse Owens (a standout sprinter from The Ohio State University) won a bunch ‘o medals as an African-American at the 1936 Olympic Games in Germany. In your face, Hitler!
