Clue - Panini with a Bad Egg drop in the NFT room.
A clue on what may be the next drop on Panini may be seen on the Toikido road map. As you can see, they have their second drop of the cool scoundrels from New Yolk City, timed for 2025. If on schedule, that means we should see this drop of Bad Eggs within the next 45 days. Looking forward to seeing what Benny and the gang are up to. I bought a few in the first drop. I will post in the Panini NFT group in the next few days on the possible NFT's projects that I would love to see based on Panini's current portfolio of non-sport licenses and collaborations. The power of the athlete to go direct?
A few posted some recent signings of Athletes to a card manufacturer. It got me thinking at what point does an Athlete outweigh the licensing of the team, leagues? For athletes like MJ, LeBron, Messi, Kobe, Lewis Hamilton etc. I don't care as much as having something licensed vs. something from the athlete of a pivotal race/game. Don't get me wrong, I think having it all (licenses, logos etc) will still be most desired, but I can see more athletes going direct to community to offer experiences and signed items.

I'm personally, VERY excited about the Topps takeover of NFL. It'll be great to see a resurgence in Topps premium set values and the base Chrome cards, and relive some of my childhood days.
