It's only 30 mins from where I live so took a trip this morning. There were actually some cards there. Some Star Wars sealed wax. They also were buying and selling Pokemon cards. They also had some original jigsaw and buttons that used the same photography as the Series 1 Topps cards.

Took a trip into London to visit the Fanatics store today. Picked up a PSA submission and a ton of slabs I pulled from my Fanatics Vault. Lots of Star Wars, a few NFL and a couple of soccer. Some will hit my eBay store over the holidays, some are for the PC. Now the fun begins. Cataloguing and pricing research!

The show was dominated by Pokémon, and next to no US sports in the sports corner, but I did pick up the auto cards of three players I needed for my England National Team PC. Robson, 80’s midfield powerhouse, Neville, and Arsenal legend Ian Wright who was overlooked by multiple England managers. There was a Beckham /2 auto but didn’t pull the trigger on that.

I went into Fanatics London to pick up some cards shipped from my Fanatics Vault so I thought I'd share some examples of their singles inventory. Just one case of NFL/MLB/NBA, the store is very dominated by soccer. They must be trying to exploit tourists rather than appeal to actual collectors who wouldn't touch anything if they bother to check a simple comp.

It looks like the same kind of retail experience as Card Vault by Tom Brady. Are the prices in those crazy as well?
