So what do all these players have in common? They all have broken their hamate bone in their hand. This tiny bird bone claimed three more victims yesterday with Corbin Carroll, Francisco Lindor and Jackson Holliday joining this exclusive group. The good part is typically the bone is removed so it is only a one time injury. The bad part is sometimes it says players power right when they come back. Here is to a speedy recovery for those three!

One of my good friends shared about 200 cards he had signed back in the 90s during Spring training. While most of the guys turned out to be a role players. He did have a couple really sweet vines! Such as this Kirby pocket. Everyone knows Kirby Puckett was a very generous guy and a great player that lost his life too early. He led the Minnesota Twins to the World Series in 1987. This is a great example of an in-person card signed during spring training during his playing days.
