These are graded comic books from CGC that I picked up and know nothing about the books or the grading system for comics. Are these good grades, desirable comics, is CGC good grading company?

This is one of my most coveted comics, not because it's worth a ton, but because it was THE comic that I lusted over for years as a kid. There was a copy hanging in my local comic shop (Al's Comics in Stockton, CA) forever, and I loved the art so much, but I could never seem to save enough to snag it. Eventually, someone did, but it that cover was stuck in my mind for decades. I finally had the means to purchase one on eBay a few years ago and found this Stan Lee signed copy.

Something about these high-grade newsstand editions when they're signed just feels extra special.
