While this set does not have the same creativity and visual design as many other 90s inserts, it does provide a boost for rarity. This set was a Hobby only parallel and contains 345 cards which were randomly inserted into boxes at a rate of 1:20 packs (1:6,900 player pack odds).

The font of each card features a full bleed color action shot of each player. For the Tiffany parallel, Fleer included a glossy finish and the iconic Tiffany Blue holofoil stamping for the Players name and other details. Additionally, under the Fleer logo, you will find the "Traditions Tiffany" logo.


The back features a color player head shot, and typical information like career statistics and team logo. A cool addition in the lower right corner features a pink box that contains the player's "Best Game" for each player. (For MJ 3/28/90 against the Cavs 69 pts, 18 reb, 6 ast, 4 stl, and 1 blk). Finally, each card has the Tiffany logo at the bottom center.

I personally don't think this set gets enough love from collectors due to it being a parallel and not a true insert. Based on tough pack odds, overall rarity, and the inclusion of the iconic Tiffany brand, I think that there is some room for these cards to increase in value in the future.

So, if you are looking for a new 90s set to chase, that pops in hand and has low population for high grades be sure to check out the 1997 Fleer Tiffany Collection.

Did you guys know that Hanes released a bunch of MJ cards in packs of underwear and some of the cards were signed by Jordan!? A buddy sent me this Forbes article and it sounds like the cards were in Hanes packs back in 2019, and the odds of getting an auto were 1 out of 400,000... so pretty tough! But it's been ~5 years and it doesn't look like a single auto has surfaced- none listed in the PSA pop report, none have sold on eBay, etc. So are they all hiding in private collections (doubtful!) or did most people toss them out by mistake with the packaging!?

Super hyped on these. I love the Heritage mini I got signed. I pulled this recently after buying the royals in heritage mini breaks but I didn’t get anything good. My boxes from Topps came in and I ended up pulling this parallel.

The photos are ones I shot on my 35mm point and shoot when we went to do some stuff in Kansas with Bobby, so it was fun to get them signed before I sub for authentication & encapsulation.

At first glance it's a normal PSA 10 Aerodactyl Hanafuda card, but PSA mislabeled it as a completely different card from the set (the Pidgeot/Pidgey).

Does anyone else keep an eye out for these types of grading errors?
Not sure it has much impact on the value, I just think it’s cool.
